All contact with Eye on Spain is mostly through email. We generally receive at least 150 emails every day and it is impossible for us to reply to all of them.
We would need to hire a full time member of staff to handle this level of emails
which is something we cannot do as Eye on Spain is a free service.
If you do need to contact us please click the appropriate link below. We cannot
guarantee that you will receive a response to your email. Emails are filtered
in terms of importance.

How do I sign in?
In the top right-hand corner of any page you will see a link that says
"Sign in". Click that and then enter your user name and password
to proceed. If you do not have a user name and password yet then click here to get them now. It's free to register.

How do I change my password?

Unfortunately at present we do not have a facility to change your user name.
If you really want/ need to do this then we suggest that you please register again under a new user name.

How do I register for the general forum?
All registered members can post messages to the general Spain forum.
If you are not a member of Eye on Spain then you can register
here for free. Once registered you need to log
in to the members area and you can then post on the forum.

How do I list my property for sale?
You need to be a registered member of Eye on Spain to list your property for sale.
If you are not yet registered then please register here
for free to begin. Once registerd you need to sign
in and click the "Sell your property" link in the top menu.
Then follow the instructions on that page. If you have not pre-paid then at
the end of the process you will be taken to WorldPay where you can make your payment securely.

How do I list my property for rental?
You need to be a registered member of Eye on Spain to list your property for rental.
If you are not yet registered then please register here
for free to begin. Once registerd you need to sign
in and click the "My rentals" link in the top menu.
Then follow the instructions on that page.

How do I edit the details or photos of my property for sale?
Sign in and click the "Sell your
property" link in the menu. Click the edit link for the property you wish
to edit.

How do I edit the details or photos of my rental property?
Sign in to the members area and click the "My rentals"
link in the menu. Select the reference number of the property that you wish
to edit from the drop down box in the section in which you wish to make changes.

I have uploaded new photos but they are not being displayed?
If you have successfully uploaded new photos for your property you will need to
refresh your property page as your browser will usually display the cached (stored)
versions of the photos. To refresh the page either click the refresh button
on your browser or press the F5 key on your keyboard.

I get an error when trying to upload photos.
You must select all photos at once, in order, starting at 1, then 2, etc, and then
once selected click the upload button.
Are your pictures in JPG format?
Sometimes when the photo image file sizes are too large the process can time out.
Try selecting less photos to upload at any one time.

Of course. We take privacy and security very seriously. All details
are stored securely on our server which only allows authenticated access.

Can I place a link to my company in my forum signature?
Yes. We are happy for you to link to your company in your forum signature.
What we don't want is people touting for business in the actual forum posts.
If you post good advice people will naturally follow your signature link to find
out more about you.
