You must see Seville now
We went to Seville last week (sorry, it's taken me a while to blog about it). Seville is a beautiful city with so much to see. There is a lot of history within the city and it just oozes charm. With two 4 year olds and my mother in tow, we decided to view the city on the Seville tour bus. This has to be the best way to see it all unless you are young and fit and don't mind the heat.
That's the only problem with Seville...it gets excruciatingly hot. It was 35 degrees when we went and it gets much hotter than that in the summer. We found it too hot at that temperature and were just seeking shade everwhere we went. So if you do want to go I would suggest you don't go in the middle of summer, you just won't enjoy it.
We had to do a bit of hunting/ asking around for someone good to eat. We sat at one restaurant to begin with (it looked very ordinary) only to see on the menu that the starters were nearly 20 Euros each! We made a swift exit and after much hunting found an excellent (very busy) fish resaurant just beside the main bull ring. This was excellently priced and we were served really quickly.
I won't go into the actual things to see in Seville as you'll find lots of information about that on the Internet anyway, but it's certainly worth seeing....just not in summer!
