An interview with Darragh MacAnthony
As part of the “Justin meets…” series of podcasts I interviewed Darragh MacAnthony this week. It was a really interesting and insightful chat with Darragh.
It was a real eye opener chatting to Darragh, he’s two years younger than me and he has achieved so much over the past 8 years. He’s only 31. I was expecting an arrogant and aggressive person but he actually came across really well. He was very pleasant and friendly.
He walks around with a real air of confidence and it’s easy to see why he has been able to achieve so much. He’s quite an interesting and dynamic character and I really enjoyed the chat that we had. I don’t think I could work for someone like that as they expect too much and I’m personally too laid back. That’s why I prefer to build websites instead of houses!
Anyway, if you’ve listened to the interview and want to leave a comment then please do so here by clicking the “comments” link blow.

They certainly do expect too much. My daughter worked for them and I think she would have had to hand over her first born child if she had been there long enough!! Total pisstakers!! The staff are self employed and still have to do longer hours than they should and have no life whatsoever! When she was going to exhibitions in the UK they expected her to go back into the office on her return even if she had been up since 5 in the morning to catch her plane. I am sure it is totally illegal how he treats the staff. If anyone knows anything about employment laws let us know. My friend started there, against my advice, and as soon as she got there they decided she was going to work 2 hours longer than they had told her. I cannot belive this guy is a decent human being. He treats his staff like slaves. The few who do actually get anywhere must have no lives at all and be really sad people.
This guy should win an Oscar for his portrayal of a decent human being! He is where he is today because he has cheated people out of large sums of money. His overseas property business is no more than a scam to line his own pockets - just google his name and read the reports!
