Speeding Ticket in Spain, Live in Canada

Hello,

On a recent trip to Spain, I was caught speeding. I received the fine in the mail. The fine has a whole bunch of information including a very useless website dgt.es. I'm willing to pay the fine however, I have a few problems:
1) I live in Canada and not planning to going back to Spain for a while
2) dgt.es online fine paying is useless as it needs an (NIF/NIF/CIF) and I dont have any of those

Can anyone please let me know if its possible to pay the fine from overseas?
