I have spent my working life caring for other people from all walks of life from the elderly to teenage mums & people with mental health illness including drug & alcohol mis-use. I have decided to blog because after living a settled life I have turned my world upside down by spending half my life in Spain & half in the UK, I would like to share my emotional journey, the positives & the negatives with others in the hope that they can relate to my story.
