Spain Uncut - Building an online business is nearly gone
Tuesday, July 7, 2009
I can't believe it's been a week since we launched our "Spain Uncut" DVDs.
It's really has been a manic week and if you've already ordered we are getting all the packages together now so it should be with you very shortly.
If you haven't ordered your copy yet let me tell you that at the time of writing this there are just 5 copies of the second bonus remaining which is about setting up an online business! The ideal type of business to set up if you want to live abroad.
The first bonus "sold out" within the first hour of launching Spain Uncut last Tuesday! Once the last five copies of bonus two are
gone then they're gone forever.
To order your copy of Spain Uncut and qualify for the second super bonus go here before they are all gone:

Spain Uncut FAQs - Your Questions answered
Monday, June 29, 2009
It’s all going crazy here today. We’re just 24 hours away from launching Spain Uncut and we’re getting inundated with comments and emails.
At the time of writing this email we’ve already had an amazing 180 comments on the blog alone. We’ve had about the same again in emails. What a fantastic respone.
What I wanted to do now is just answer some of the questions about Spain Uncut which have been raised so far.
******************************************************
Q: What format is this in?
******************************************************
A: It’s a DVD set containing a total of 4 DVDs.
******************************************************
Q: Will it cover any info on the job situation and getting a job?
******************************************************
A: Yes, there are sections on working in Spain, finding a job and working for yourself.
******************************************************
Q: I am hoping to set up a business in Spain and need to know more in advance before coming out, will there be any information on this?
******************************************************
A: Yes, there are sections on starting and running a business, including employing people and the costs involved.
******************************************************
Q: We are are planning to move to Spain within the next month and we want to know what are the do's and dont's.
******************************************************
A: We have committed many of the "don'ts” already, which we will tell you about and we cover plenty of the"do's" that we wish we had known.
******************************************************
Q: We have had an apartment in Spain for about nine years or so. I have always been amazed at the people who appear on the TV with insoluble problems having learnt no Spanish and taken no advice before they took the plunge. Do you think that your videos can reduce this sad number?
******************************************************
A: Hopefully, based on our own experience and opinions people can make far better calculated decisions than we ever could to avoid such problems. However, although learning some Spanish is key, it doesn't make the experience fool proof. I am bilingual and Susan has a good level of Spanish and we still managed to get ourselves into trouble as there are so many problems you can't see coming as they are so culturally specific.
******************************************************
Q: We unfortunately put a deposit on 2 houses 5 years ago and are still waiting to go to court. However our dream is still to move to Spain but feel once bitten twice shy so we hope you have advice on how not to get caught out again?
******************************************************
A: We put a deposit down on a house that was built and until this day (3 years later) still hasn't been given an occupation license. We do cover this in one of the sections.
******************************************************
Q: I plan to move from Dubai to Spain later this year, and really appreciate any information that will help me settle in, find employment and the most appropriate health care, do you cover these?
******************************************************
A: Yes, we cover making friends, finding a job, working for yourself and healthcare (state and private) in separate videos including much more.
******************************************************
Q: Are you covering red tape and Spanish bureaucracy?
******************************************************
A: We have a video in which we cover getting the necessary paperwork for living in Spain. We are based in Andalucia so we can only go on our experiences of living in this region.
******************************************************
Q: Is Spain Uncut mainly addressed towards the Brits or are we "Main Land people" also in scope?
******************************************************
A: It is general so anyone who is moving to Spain will gain from our experience, we try not to make comparisons with the UK so it is for everyone, it is just that we are talking in English.
******************************************************
Q: How will this differ from the content on "The Siesta Show"?
******************************************************
A: Although, we like to think that the Siesta Show is entertaining and informative, the content of "Spain Uncut" is never before seen and reveals critical information which we have never presented publicly before and will never be made available via "The Siesta Show".
******************************************************
Q: We are retiring to Spain so will your experience be relevant to us?
******************************************************
A: Many of the topics that we discuss include healthcare, banking, learning Spanish, choosing the location etc. which can apply to anyone.
******************************************************
Q: We have lived in Spain for three years so is it worth us buying "Spain Uncut"?
******************************************************
A: I am guessing that you are already very settled in Spain so you would not have as much to gain as someone who is planning to move or has just moved but that it is not to say that the videos are not entertaining as well as informative.
******************************************************
Q: We have holidayed in Spain for the past decade, is there really anything for us to learn?
******************************************************
A: Well, as we discovered real life in Spain could not be any more different to holidaying and this can be very difficult for people to imagine. So much comes up in everyday life that just doesn't happen when you are on holiday.
******************************************************
Q: You moved to Spain five years ago, are your experiences still relevant?
******************************************************
A: Over the past five years we have learnt so much. It is true that things have changed during this time and we make that clear on the videos comparing the situation back then to what it is today whenever we can.
******************************************************
Q: What information is there that we can't get from articles from your website and similar websites out there?
******************************************************
A: It is true that some of the information is presented on the site in the written form but nothing beats the videos for the natural, honest, non-edited delivery value that they offer. It’s all in one place too so you don’t have to go hunting for it all over the internet.
******************************************************
Q: How much do you reveal about your personal lives?
******************************************************
A: We are quite candid throughout and none of the videos are scripted so we haven't been cautious to hold anything back.
******************************************************
Q: Do you have solutions for the typical problems related to buying property?
******************************************************
A: We are not legal experts, we can only talk about our own experiences and what we personally have learnt from them. It is impossible to consider every potential issue that might come up as everyone's individual case is unique but we do have a specific video on buying a property and another on getting a mortgage….which is easier said than done these days!
******************************************************
Q: What can we expect from the videos?
******************************************************
A: You can expect a profound insight into daily life in Spain from an expat point of view and the unforseen issues that came up for us that people may not generally consider when they live in other countries. We always include advice and tips to make your move to Spain and life in Spain that bit easier.
If you have any further questions which we have not answered here then pleaseleave them as comments here on the blog.

FREE PDF Report - The Truth Behind ITV Spain Paradise Lost
Friday, June 26, 2009
Yesterday evening I sat down to watch both episodes of ITV's Spain: Paradise Lost programs streaming from the ITV website.
At the end of it I was left somewhat frustrated at the fact that for the cases highlighted the program failed to give any real advice to people looking to follow a similar path. For each of the cases featured there is something to be gained from it. ITV just didn't really go into that part of it....of course!
So what did I do?
I stayed up until 3am last night putting together a special report about the program BUT actually highlighting the lessons learnt and giving some proper advice.
It talks about what they failed to mention in the program.
I have to warn you though, I got very carried away and it's turned out to be 19 pages long!
You can download the FREE PDF report right now. I recommend you right-click the link below and use the option to save it to your PC so then you can read it whenever you want.
RIGHT-CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD THE FREE SPECIAL REPORT
If you know anyone whom you think would benefit from some of the advice in this report then please forward it to your friends!
Hope you get something out of it.

Win a FREE copy of Spain Uncut
Wednesday, June 24, 2009
We're really excited to be launching our super new product, Spain Uncut, next Tuesday 30 June 2009.
We've been working flat out on this for months and we're finally at the stage where we're happy to release it...although we still have many last minute things to do.
Spain Uncut marks our five years in Spain, Susan, me and the twins. We've put together an in-depth step-by-step video guide covering practically everything we've learnt over the past five years. We talk about everything we did right and everything we did wrong.
We literally start at the beginning all the way up to today, from why we decided to move, how we moved, how we chose the location, and much more. In fact there's so much content in the videos we could actually create an entire website out of it!
I know you'll have loads of questions about Spain Uncut so please leave them in the comments below. Or if you simply just want to tell us about your own experiences or ideas then please comment about them too by clicking the "Comments" link below.
In return for your comments we will be choosing five lucky people to win a FREE copy of Spain uncut. We'll reveal the five winners here next Monday so make sure you check back.
If you haven't done so yet please sign up for our "sneak preview" and special launch offer at:
www.spainuncutvideos.com
I'm really excited about this new product of ours, it's the best thing we've EVER put together.
Thanks, Justin
