We have a north facing property in Phase 2, ready for completion very shortly.

Sadly, due to changes in circumstances, we do not wish to complete.

We wondered if anyone was interested in taking this contract over.

We would only seek the amounts we have paid, we are not looking for a profit.

how did  you get on selling your property, we have also had some recent difficulties and are thinking about selling our flat phase 3 prior to completion

We are also looking to sell our 2 bedroom, north facing property in Phase 3, imminently due for completion.  We are not looking to make a profit simply get the money back that we have paid.
