HI everyone
I have bought on phase 2 penthouse apartment told late 2009 for completion? can't wait .I have just uploaded photos taken on
6 june 2008 thinks its phase 1 apartments looks like there really well on with the building work could't get round the back of the site to see if any penthouses had been started maybe next time.

We have also bought a Penthouse on the new phase 2. Pleased to hear that there is still progress.
We are out there in September and hopefully we will be able to see even more building going on.
The delay in building is not too much of a problem for us as we have no real need to use the appartment just yet as we are too busy working to pay for it.

118 new photograghs of TDLT progress posted yesterday on Polaris World Art.
Great progress on the development of Phase 1 including landscaping, childrens playgrounds etc, etc.
Pity we can't see how they are getting on inside as yet!

I cant seem to get access to the Polaris world art site photos as they are blocked on the computer i work on when away from home. Could you load some on the eye of Spain ste or even send a couple of the best ones the my e mail address please. This would be much appreciated.

Hi,
We've also bought a 2 Bed Penthouse on La Terrazas De La Torre. We're intending to rent ours out, just wondered if anyone knew roughly what rental prices were? Or what the rental prices are on a similar one on La Torre??
Hope someone can help, or guide me in the right direction.
