Hello fellow Polaris World owners.
I am looking for advice. Your sister resort of HR appears to be having some teething problems and before I start kicking off with PW legally, I was wondering if it is worth the effort. The problem in short seems to be that many of the properties on HR have been through the completion process even though the following are either not complete or are in various states of useability.
Utilities
Swimming Pools
Town Centre Facilities
Golf Course
Did the La Torreans have similar teething problems and did you put up with it or put up a fight to get things sorted.
Any help legal or otherwise would be appreciated. Cheers,
