We have bought an apartment in Alcadiesa with exactly the same issues at Sea Golf Regency built by Allerton Holdings. a.k.a Bluestorm a.k.a. J. Stone
How many more are there!
We have some really intelligent people on our list of owners inc Barristers, Senior Policemen, Structural Engineers Developers, all which have been deceived.
We have in fact bought a Hotel !!! Not a penthouse apartment as sold by Ocean Estates. They also agreed to offer a rental service now not available and never remembered. We have an owners forum which has the same information on it www.regencyapartments.org.
We have recently been informed by several different independant lawyers that we will have to sign the touristico papers and have our apartment managed by a Hotel Company. No chance of changing the planning approval. We as a group are currently discussing legal action against all parties involved if proven guitly. It is simply unbeliveable that all three professional companies have failed to disclose so much, inc lawyers given p.o.attorney.
Should you wish to form a larger presence it may be a good idea to form an alliance and a formal strategy to get compensation for our loss in marketability approx 30% as our apartments are riddled with strings that buyers dont want and are put off by.
