Has the building work started on the inland at Zeniamar for the new commercial centre?

No I was out there last week lloking at phase 8 very nice complex BUT what a mess outside the area please take a good look at Phase 5 total mess please remember there is a 5a & 5b I think it was 5b was a total mess

This was my thoughts only so on this basis I will not be investing

I have just been down -  they have just started moving into fase 8 now.   The commercial center is coming along fine - they are in the prosess of building the underground garages at the moment (march 07). 

I dont know what n6skp means by total mess on fase 5.  It looks just fine except some work going on in the stairs leading out of the fase towards the roundabout.
