Hi all.
I've added some approximate dimensions to Polaris plans of the Suites & put them in the photo section. I say approx because Polaris say the apartments are 34 sq metres & my dims come to approx 30 sq metres. So if anything I've under-estimated them(best way imo ). Hope this is of some use.

Thanks for the dims.
Living space noted on Spanish plans will include external and internal wall thicknesses, so go by overall external dimensions.
On an earlier thread on the main forum, I posted a message regarding glazing in the terrace. I have seen this done on many developments where owners had put in sofa beds and therefore increased the potential rental base to include families. Any thoughts on this? Presumably the Community would have to give it the thumbs up.

I would imagine that PW may have objections to the glazing - especially on the front line aparts which would be viewed from the golf course - still it's an interesting concept - we've already looked around at "furniture package" places, out of curiosity, cos were frustrated waiting till next year when everyone else (Jardine and Naranjos) are moving in - BUT, it's pretty obvious that wthe best thing to do is wait till we can actually see a show apartment on Golf Suites and then decide exactly what we will be able to fit in to maximise the use of the 'limited' space - only one bed but we are hoping to get a bed settee in the lounge area if we have a couple of visitors - does anyone have any idea where the hot water tank may be located in our 1 beds - doesn't seem to show anything in any of the plans I've seen and I assume it would be quite big - c ya

I seem to recall somewhere, probably in the back of the contract which I can't find, saying that 50% of the terrace is included in the living space. I may be wrong on that.
I assume the water tank will be in the bathroom, where we would probably want to locate the washing machine if it looked ok. We would definitely look at putting a sofa bed in the lounge if the glazed terrace option was a non-starter.

Hi all.
Patony, the hot water tank is shown on the plans i've just posted. At the end of the kitchen run & if its similar to the 2 beds it will be in a wall unit thats slightly taller than a standard wall unit.
thekeeves, I think there will be plumbing for a washing machine in the recess thats opposite the front door. Im sure we were told that when we reserved.

Don & Kerry,
That's it..... no more assumptions from me on layouts....I'll be consulting you from now on.
Thanks for the info.
I've lost touch with my agent, no surprises there, but has anyone got any idea when work will commence?

thekeeves,
Haha, Im a Building site Manager, Im used to looking at plans but would love to get my hands on Polaris actual building plans.
By the way, one of the many reasons we chose Polaris was the build quality & excellent presentation of their sites & show house
