It seems like most properties have already gone here. I was told that the price has already increased by EUR 10,000 for the remaining properties.

Does anyone have any news on the Marina & Golf course..?

Building has now started on this site and various properties are still remaining on phase I  and phase II. Prices have gone up but these townhouses are outstanding value compared to other products offered by other promoters in the same golf course area and i am happy with the investment so far.. As far as i can see the golf course has started with earth moving and if they stick to what they have said will be completed in 2 years. so far as the marina goes..... does anybody know??
