Hacienda Guadalupe Deposit Refund

Has anyone else, having made the decision to not complete, been able to get any of their deposit refunded? I am still attempting to acheive this but there is still no guarantee that I will get any of my money back. (I understand there are many other people in a similar position ?)

Hi, Sorry to hear about your problems with getting your deposit back. For your information we purchased at Hacienda Guadalupe too and as you know the build was two years late! However, the buildings are not without issues. We are currently getting a committee together there and community services arranged. I trust you have a solicitor helping you with these issues.
