Nothing against golfers. (but it's not for me) All that water and running expense etc.....

Bring on the horses.

My little one would love to try riding. Maybe residence will get pref rates.

And an additional  market for those hoping to rent out.

Hubby and I think the Equestrian Center is a wonderful addition to the complex. For anyone renting out their property (as Mick says) this has to be a unique feature.

Golf courses are ten a penny in Spain, but ACC having the addition of training facilities (30 stable boxes, I believe, and huge paddock areas) for these mavellous Spanish thoroughbreds is a massive plus.

People will come from all over the world just to watch the training of these fabulous creatures. Of course prices will rise, so I'm glad we bought our Aroma 2 & a half years ago. One independent agent reckons an 80% increase because of the Equestrian Center.

Thank heavens we held on - unlike many.

We've had nothing from HUMA as yet, other than email - can anyone confirm that all facilities which were advertised originally will in fact be in place?

It seems he's back just like the proverbial bad penny, spreading doom and gloom to all ACC buyers who have hung on through thick and thin. He must be a very bitter nasty little man with time on his hands who loves rocking the boat - even though, through his own admission, he has pulled out and reclaimed monies paid to Huma.

Glad someone is getting info from Parador, I shall be ringing them to find out where mine is....!

The Equestrian centre was planned when we bought, so is not a late addition to my knowledge.

Can anyone shed any light on why there seems to be only 1 large pool, plus 1 children's (I assume) in addition to a jacuzzi?

That certainly won't be enough for 2,000 homes......

I was very surprised to only find the one pool and compared to the bowling green it looks very small.  I think it would have been helpful if they had put details of what is where instead of just numbers some of which mean nothing. Well not to me anyway.

At least we have something that does look hopeful.

Can anyone tell me if Huma have actually resumed building ?

Hi Les. No they haven't started building yet.

Everything is now in place regarding the site being approved for building.

Just awaiting the official signature from the Junta. Then the Courts will give permission for build to re-start.  Should be very soon. 

After a nerve wracking time things are looking good.

I would just ring the spanish office and speak to her successor ?

Have you received your large information brochure ?

It all looks very promising and at a guess i would say work could restart early next year,this was backed up with the last conversation that i had with parador several weeks ago.

Usual strange goings on at Parador.

We were also told that Denise had left....sort of sums up Parador.
