Does anyone have any current news or photos of the building work to date and has anyone been given a firm date
I know the golf course is nearly finished and a block of flats started but the infrastructure work seems to be taking a long time
It is a while since I have been over and any updates from other buyers would be
interresting

I have just heard form a buyer whi has just been advised that there are further delays and is being quoted lated next year for his apartment and his is considering his options

Hello,
We have one of the green-topped villas in Terreros which overlooks the new golf-course and the development of 'could be' apartments. I've taken a photo and posted in the photos section of the forum.
(Sorry about the quality I have just recently taken possession of a phone with fool-proof camera. ....but it outsmarts me!!!)
It may not look as if anything has changed - but there has been a flurry of activity this week after months of 'nothing' - and today the cranes have been in operation!! - So who knows.??!?

We also have one of the green tops and have not been down since september,and just wondered if any progress had been made on the new road and bridge (not expecting miracles,but a few yards would be nice) Having seen your photo the answer is probably not the one i would like to hear.

Hello!
Work on the road is going on every day ...(well into the evenings some days ) on the road from the bridge up the Pulpi road . It seems all is going to be finished in one last mad rush. Sooner the better methinks. December is the lastest gossip.
As for the 'construction' in the Golden Sun Beach.....work has progressed from a 'flurry' into a 'hive' of activity.!....Calas Del Pinar seems to have drawn to a halt. Goodness knows what is going on!

Thanks for that Randolh,if the road is finished for our next time down that makes it nice and easy when coming off the toll road or travel towards pulpi etc.
