undersized apartments

Does anyone have an update on where the plan is at the moment ie. any objections?  I don't think my spanish is up to having such a conversation with the Town Hall in case they deviate from the script!

A Spanish friend of mine phoned the Town Hall and was told that the Plan Parcial has been accepted, although the General Plan was rejected. As far as Balcones is concerned, they expect the licence to be granted within a month, providing there are no objections - which they do not anticipate.

Perhaps someone on the developer side could confirm this and tell us when construction is likely to begin.

Just visited the site at Balcones de Iznalloz end of September, 2006 and was surprised to find a new build in progress adjacent to the plot with a crane working on it?  Does anyone know about this.  No work on the actual site!! 

It would really inspire confidence if 'Just Ask' could take time out to update us on the current situation.  So if you're out there we'd love to hear from you....

We visited the site on 7 October. The Rudino section is now wired off but nothing new to report except that a few trenches have been dug since we were last there in July. We also saw the new constructions in front of the site adjacent to the Balcones plot, it looks like a street of about 10 town houses but has nothing to do with our development. The town hall was closed (Saturday) so we couldn't find out anymore.
