Hi 

We are Pam and Frank and waiting for completion of our villa at LTR. We  were wondering if your Community Charges have been set yet,, or if anyone has any idea of what they might be.

Hi 

Not yet set, but the communal area's will be very low maintainance - no grass to cut for example, so the communal charges will be basically, regular contribution to ensure funds to paint the external of properties every few years, pool area's.
