Just wondering if anyone else has managed to get a definite completion date from the developer?
We were told some months back it would be December 08 but we are still waiting on confirmation from the Spanish lawyer.
The agent we bought the property through here in the UK hasn't been able to get any definite date either.

Hi,

 legally they can delay completion 6 months from proposed completion date i.e. approx  june 09. i was not happy with Anderson solicitors so changed to another in marbella . i visited the site in october and nothing has really moved on this year.
