Us, Frank and Chantal from Netherlands, are now almost a year now at our house in Mijas tw Aljarafe Residencial, we have reservation fee paid, the land is leveled, we have already several times on the site before, but it do not shoot very much. Now we sit a year at the bank waiting for the construction, we only although they kept to the line, last June we zijn er weather, and there are forthcoming, but until now still nothing materialize . We are curious about how experiences of fellow buyers who in return. greet

Hi,  are there people who have more information about Aljarave, when they again start building? do you think they ever build again, we hear nothing from the developer or builder. Who has more information?

Good to hear from someone else in the same position as myself.

The last I heard was that the bank would not release any more money to the developer until they had sold all of the properties and completed the Princess Park development at Calahonda.  The developer (Les Cumbres de Calahonda) has not gone bankrupt so there is still a small amount of hope that this development will eventually go ahead.  I hope so.
