Hi there,

We went last month in August to visit Princess Park.   In picture 1 you can see the dining area and the T.V on the left, assuming the arial point is siuated there (hope this helps).    I do not think that there are any shower screen or cubicle doors fitted.  We have tried to get room measurements ourselves and was unable to get.   We are expecting completion for Block 5 in November.  If anyone has any further info on Block 5 please inform.

We are also uploading pictures from Block 4 surrounding views which should be similar for Block 5 and Block 6.

Hi Neeraj and Sunita

We are still waiting for the inhabitation licence for block 5 apartment 1A. Our lawyer has told us it could be several months still. Are you completing without the licence?

Best wishes

Hi, Hildegarde Bone

Thanks for your message.  We are also waiting for the licence on Block 5C 1.  We have been told it would only take 2 months (probably end December 2006 or January 2007).

We are not really sure on when completion would be if you are saying several months - hopefully sometime next year maybe!!!!

We are not completing without the inhabitation licence and we are also considering the new home snagging service.  Would you be doing this too?

We currently manage and have furnished a few properties on Princess Park so let me know if you need any advice on room sizes etc. In general, room sizes are generous and no problem for furnishing. Terraces are a little narrow so rectangular tables work best outside. There are no cubicles or bath screens, although in my experience mirrors have been installed in the ensuite bathroom but not the second bathroom. Advice is free so don't hesitate to ask! charlotte@passion4property.net

One thing that is a nuisance is that there are no phone lines in Princess Park - not sure how long it is going to be - so many potential tenants want internet access at home...
