Are there any other owners out there.Friends who have visited say the development is progressing very quickly and looks like it maybe ready before 2008.Does anybody have any info on completion dates?

We are in the throes of becoming owners, just seems that solicitors and the like aren't in as much of a hurry as we are to complete the deposit process.
No idea whether the completion date is on target or not. the agent we bought through has promised to email photos as and when he has the chance, we only visited in November so I don't think much will have happened since then.

Hi it seems to have moved along quite a bit since November, I shall add a picture in the photo section.
The completion date is set for June 2007 however things seem to be moving along at a rapid pace. We have sadly put ours on the market due to new business commitments.

My husband and I went down to Duquesa at Easter and very impressed how site is coming along. Completion date expected summer 2008. Show flat now completed on front ground floor which will show you how they will look. Quite impressive

Hi Jane, do you have any photo's that you could upload to the site? we're dying to see how things are progressing.
We are going to Fuengirola June 14th to 17th and are looking forward to visiting Duquesa and the show flat. Hopefully we'll get some photos then.

If you look on duquesaestates.com - click on building progress and you should see some photos taken at the beginning of the year. Duquesagoldenmile.com is another site. They do not have many pictures but a few. I think there is only about 121 appartments in total in phase one and as the archiologists have found some more points of interest phase two will not start for a while which is good for us.

Just got back from Duquesa.
Visited the showhome - it is fabulous far better than I imagined. In truth I was starting to think I may be buying an overpriced apartment but I feel very pleased now.
The guy from Ros y Falcon told me phase 2 is not going ahead as further Roman ruins have now been discovered across the whole of the phase 2 area. There are at any point in time up to 50 archaeologists working on discovering the ruins at any point in time.
Anyone found a market for re-sales yet. I know Duquesa Estates have a unit on there site - any others around?

Just got some photos taken last week and its looking lovely, they are currently applying the white finish and are about 3/4 of the way through. I shall get them up in the photo section later on..
