Are you all getting your Iberdrola letters and invoices? Have they got your correct address from the builder, or are they using “Sector ADU18/ [plot no]”?
As you know, the Correos don’t distribute letters to this area. Best thing is to go to the post office (CORREOS) and ask for letters to you addressed on your street nr or plot number in ADU18 or La Cañada or Ciudad de las Communicasiones (all three has been used).
If you want the letters sent to you, you have to inform Iberdrola.Orihuela office is:
Punto Iberdrola
Electrovisión Orihuela
Duque de Tamames, 18
03300
tel. for customer: 901 20 20 20 (Iberdrola Espania)
Or get yourself an account at “online office” You must have your contract number (10 figures similar to 0269511234) and your passport number used in your house contract (CONTRADO DE OPCIÓN DE COMPRA)
(English link in upper left corner)
You will find a link to “terms of use” so you can tick the corresponding box. There is also a box for e-billing. Don’t forget to untick the last box if you don’t want market offers.
When you have logged in you can change your contact data and see your new bills if you have asked for e-billing.
Above instruction is written to my best of knowledge and it worked for me. If you find anything wrong or changed info, please make a comment or contact me. Good luck!
