For anybody not in the know, Spain has the equivelent of the C.A.B. their web site is http://cec.consumo-inc.es if you feel the need to have any information confirmed regarding bank guarantees give them a call they speak english and it is free.
Might be a good idea for those who do have any future contact with CEC to post their questions and replies on this thread.
