MIJAS 11 FIASCO RE OVP

I have just been in touch with the administators  Butcher Woods recovery,could someone please tell me when i asked to speak to some-one in authority i was told that would be Stuart Jones,surely this is not the Stuart Jones from ovp,who all along insisted to my husband and myself that our property was coming along nicely and there was nothing to worry about,and we are talking as far back as three years ago when we were trying to get updates as and when you could even get some-one at ovp to either ring you back or get past that wretched receptionist  or Claire Holford,to be told by our solicitor our monies was never handed over in the first place,so we never did have a place at Mijas 11. If he was stringing everyone along then , the chances are he's still doing now ,so no thanks i will not be speaking to any ovp personal if i can help it ,unless its in court.also are there any other victims on the Mijas 11 site like ourselves who was soft talked into investing,and then robbed !!

It will almost certainly be the same Stuartt Jones that you are referring to. If I were you I would report your experiences to the person in charge of the recovery, an employee of the receivers, not an Ocean View representative.

Has anyone who bought on this site had any luck with there investments,getting back funds,contact with the developer etc,there does not seem to be much

doing on this actual forum development,surely we cant be the only persons that bought from ovp on this development,when we were supposedly over there doing  snagging (on a place that we now know was'nt even ours ) there were a few people there at the same time,who i presume were ovp clients ,if you were or was could you please  PM me
