Hi
we have been given a completion date of 15th jan but are not holding our breathe as oringinally completion was planned for june 06. We have one of the front row villas (we were one of the first 5 plots to be sold) but are one of the last to be finished. Last visit in Nov they still had the pool and access road to be completed, gardens still a bombsite and internally not finished. I have never seen builders move so slowly. Some of the properties have been completed 6 months ago so those ownres must be as frustrated as we are.

Hello Barbara,
Good to hear from another buyer. We were given January but told it would most likely be tha latter part of last year. Then we were told March 07 but have heard nothing more. Friends went out last Nov. and took photos but still nowhere ready inside and the pool area was not started. Love the view but they are building below now. We are on the second row as the front had all been sold when we were out.
Time we had an update?

Hi again
Thanks for sharing your photos. The first one is aimed at our friends villa. We are right at the end of that row. Llatest email from our solicitor is suggesting feb 07 now for completion as the builders haven't got all the paperwork ready yet. They have a reputation for being late with the necessary certificates. Oour half term trip may not be in our villa after all. Wish we'd booked a skiing trip instead!
Regards
Barbara

Hola
Great to hear information from other buyers, We have purchased a Brisa Second row back on the end of the first phase. I have moved here and am renting is San Miguel. I was up at the site on Friday and they have now monoblocked the driveways and the road around the pool. It has been painfully slow to watch. We were told when we bought that phase 1 would be completed before phase 2 & 3 were started. It is just a builders site at the moment. I was also given a date of the 15th of January but would never consider moving in re; the present state of the site. It has been very frustrating for us all and I would welcome any other information fellow purchasers have to share.

Hi All,
Have asked for update and photos as it is months since we have had anything from EAS
The reply said they would take photos weather permiting? Still no completion date for March and no further news. Would have been good to have been kept informed and with digital cameras it is not too much to ask for a monthly update at least?.

Hi Everyone
We are completing in the next week or so on an Ibiza villa. My father in law did the snagging on 23rd Jan and fortunately there isn't much to be done. Most of the faults they already had listed and said they would be done that day. Guess what- still not done. I sent an email on friday to Lourdes in the office reminding her that we are flying out on the 17th feb and we expect snagging finished and aircon installed. I don't want the buiders to still have access when we are there.. Inlaws have said that the gardens are starting to go in. The bungalows at the top have been done first and finally our road way has been paved. Communication with the builders has been so poor.
Does anyone know where they are starting the next phase?
regards

Hi
Went up to site today Tues 6th Feb and have taken some pics, lot of workers on site so wasn't able to wander about much. One house is occupied (would't be me) the place is still a tip but a few of the gardens have been landscaped. We are going to call into see Lourdes as to when we can expect to complete on the property...will let you know outcome. Pictures hav been downloaded to site for any interested viewers.

Hi,
Does anyone have any concerns with the size of their driveway and the inability to park a normal family car in it?
As most of us will have bought off plan it was somewhat disappointing to find out now that the development is built that some plots have more than ample parking space yet in others there is not enough room to use the driveway. It looks almost as if the architect sized up his plans for a car in the driveway but forgot that you had to open the doors to get in and out of it.!
We are still waiting on a reply from our lawyer to find out what our options are. Has anyone so far encountered this problem and had a resolution?
That said, looking forward to finally completing in the near future, albeit much later than expected.

Hi there,
I do agree with what you say as I understand there is a wall to go between the properties as well.
Also what happens if there are visitors or are we having a large car park elsewhere?
Jaybe.

Hi
I agree that some of the road ways and the drives are very narrow. We always hire a people carrier on holiday, I would not rate my changes of parking on many of the driveways. Some of them are steep as well as being narrow. I opened the gates of one end villa and it blocked the road as the gates opened road side. It makes you wonder if it really is to the proper scale. Our garden is not the shape we were expecting from the original plans but I'm not complaining on that one as it is rectangular rather than a quadrilateral.
I went on another forum and people were checking the number and position of plug sockets etc. We haven't ever seen any documentation with that sort of detail on it. Some one must have a copy of the architects plans and all the fine details.
Regards
Barbara
