Just a short note to let you know that things have started to take its course and documentation is due in court shortly. On an update - I mailed Shirin Sharifi at Viva to inform her that we were in fact about to take this matter to court but I also explained to her that purchasers were unhappy about what Viva had informed us we were getting with regards to the apartments, surroundings etc and what we have actually got !!! She said that the brochure we all received was only an artist's impression and not part of the contract - what rubbish - !!! She said she would speak to the developer and get back to me. She mailed me saying that although she had telephoned the Head Office she is yet to receive a reply. I in turn mailed the developer and guess what ? no response, so much for their customer services and keeping the client informed. Your comments would be much appreciated.
