Hi folks sorry it has taken a while to update. We went to Polaris World two weeks ago and filled out a hoja de reclaimation (official complaints form)
The trip was very interesting as customer service state they have not completed many official complaints. Anyway we filled it in took it to the OMIC who is basically the trding standards. He called the legal department who assured him that they would call in two days and get our money in a week. Well guess what we got the call but no refund. Just the usual nonsense about how we will get it but they cannot say when.
Customer service inform they cannot contact the legal or finance department and although they were very pleasant they were basically useless.
We have now directed our legal representative (maria) to take them to court.
A few notes of interest for folks
Polaris world execute your bank garuntee when you cancel your contract (we were told this by Customer service)
Polaris world read this forum daily (customer service told us to see how their week would be)
Dont waste your time chsing them for your money they are not paying unless you have legal representation and will just keep mucking you about.
Another point of note is the ground plan they have in their Office showing TDLT. They seem to have property shedules only going up to nos 1-60.
Our property was 6503 and we were informed that this was cancelled.
The OMIC gave us the telephone number and name of PW legal representation, however I dont want to breach rules so if you want it PM me.
To be fair to PW the entrance and building that has been done on TDLT look lovely and there was obviously work going on when we visited.
