HIYA MY NAMES MARK AND MY WIFE IS CALLED DIANE WE PURCHASED A SEVILLA IN JANUARY 2006 ON PLOT NUMBER 169 AND AN APARTMENT IN BLOCK 5 A GRANADA WE HAVE JUST COME BACK THIS SATURDAY.  THEY SAID THAT ACCESS WILL BE PUT IN DURING SEPTEMBER AND THE CONSTRUCTION WILL BEGIN IN NOVEMBER!  THE GOLF COURSE HAS HAD THE PALM TREES PLANTED IN THESE ARE FROM EGYPT AS THEY DO NOT REQUIRE MUCH WATER.  THE OVERALL GOLF COURSE LOOKS MUCH MORE REAL NOW THESE ARE IN.  I WAS GLAD TO SEE SOME PROGRESS.  I HAVE TAKEN SOME PICTURES BUT I SEE THAT TRAMPOLIN HAVE ALREADY PUT SOME ON THERE WEBSITE.  I HAVE ALSO SPOKEN TO THE GIRL WHO WE HAVE DEALED WITH ABOUT THE WINDOW IN THE SEVILLA STAIRCASE ITS TOO HIGH THEY HAVE SUGGESTED TO ME THAT THEY ARE GOING TO REMOVE THE WINDOW AND PLACE GLASS BRICKS THERE INSTEAD.

Hi Mark, I don`t like the sound of glass bricks ! I`d rather they lower the window. I`m going over in Nov and will have a chat with Martha and see what we can do. would you agree to the change if i can get them to agree? If enough people request this change I`m sure they will alter the plan/design of the window.I will start a new thread about this to see reaction to this suggestion.

Hello everyone. my name is Lynda and my husband is Zain and we hopefully are about to complete soon on a Utera, which is in the original phase of the development.We are plot 10 and hope to go out to spain in October. Has anyone been out to the area recently and can give us any news of this part of the site?

It's so nice to hear from someone who is buying on the same site. I have just set up a message board for "El Trampolin" which is a different site to Trampolin Hills (but so far no one has posted yet!) as it could get confusing talking about the different sites.

We have been out to the site five times this year and I came back about two weeks ago. About half the villas are now occupied on phase one and the site looks good. Roads are tarmac'd, street lights are in. Phase two, which is the final phase is about 3-4 months from completion and roads there are not finished. There is no work yet on the commercial centre which is going in the middle of phase two. Our villa (macarena model) looks good now it is finished but we are having to wait until the site is made legal before we can complete our purchase. It seems that about half the purchasers are buying their property with a morgage, and like us, they are having to wait for the legal paperwork.

We have already been waiting two years now and getting a bit fed up! Have you completed your purchase? and have you had any problems so far? Do you know when the site will be made legal? Our rep has told us hopefully sometime before Christmas (and I hope she means this Christmas!)

Seems to be crossed wires here. This forum is for Trampolin Hills Golf Resort and not El Trampolin. It's easy to see the misunderstanding. For your information, the aforementioned development is not yet under construction and will not be completed for upwards on two years. We have visited your complex and it looks very good. We wish you many years of joy and happiness in your new homes.

We started the process last July and have just done power of attorney. We need a mortgage for the 50% remainder and are a bit anxious having seen the info from other buyers. The photos are just of the architects site plan so not very helpful. Wea re going out in Ocotber and hope to meet with ot solicitors who are mare nostrum. we bought through Spanish Property Guide, who did you buy through? have you met with oyur solicitors yet?

I know this is not the same development as the one where we are buying and so I have set up another message board for El Trampolin. When I joined the forum last week, there was no message board for El Trampolin so I asked the forum to set one up.

Anyone buying on El Trampolin can now write their posts on the other message board.

However, it is the same builder/developer and it may still be useful to share some info. especially in terms of experience in dealing with them. Fingers crossed that everyone gets their property without too many problems.

Hi Folks

We are a group of 4 friends who have (hopefully) purchased a Triana on plot 145 phase 1. We were originally plot 160 but the plot numbers and square meterages appeared to change when the planning department insisted that the Solero Brothers amended the proposals for the apartments. The blocks were, I believe, originally slightly overlapping each other.

We are a tad fed up with the empty promises of completion dates and delays. We have decided to resign ourselves to the fact that completion will not be for at least another 12 months and just hope and pray that completion will actually happen!!

It would be interesting to know which agents others have purchased through. Ours is through "Spanish Homes Abroad".

We are Dave & Tina Cox from Burntwood, Staffordshire,we reserved plot 51 on phase 3 in July 06,we chose the Macarena as we had seen it 12 months before on their other site,we expect to wait about 36 months from what we were told for completion,looking forward to any progress reports any members have.
