Can someone help please? Our newly purchased Quad is on manzana 4, which we understand has a President & Vice President in situ. We're not coming over until next month so feel a bit in the dark at present. From another part of the EOS site I have read that some community buildings insurance covers individual dwellings. Is anyone on manzana 4 able to tell me what our community buildings insurance covers? If we need to arrange our own is there a 'favoured' insurer people have used?
Lastly, how much will we need to insure the Quad for? We didn't go down the mortgage route so didn't have a valuation done and I understand it's the rebuild cost we should insure!
