Great to see some pics of the development -- even if they are nearly a year old! If anyone has been over more recently and has some photos they can post, that would be terrific, as I'm probably not going to be able to go over for the closing. Also, if anyone has seen the development lately, would love to get some feedback. Thanks!

I have uploaded some more photos which I received from Golf Invest today. Sorry about dates, didn't notice that bit, some say photos taken 1/1/08 and some 1/3/09 but they are all very recent showing the interior furnished.

Cheers for the pics. The apartments look smaller than I imagined but good to see them almost finished. I dont know what you think but the missing wall under the breakfast bar is a bit of an eyesore. Maybe they ran out of money to complete it.

Yes I did think they looked rather small, bit claustrophobic. I wonder if Medsea go bust would we have any way of getting out the contract that way as they did say we had to wait for them to advise us to go to Spain. I've been to my solicitor here for advice. Sleepless nights are telling on me now!

Hopefully we can so we could buy something else at todays market prices. I have no trust in Medsea or Golf Invest as they are not giving anwers to any questions that are being asked. I have asked why the name of the development was changed. I am still waiting on an honest anwser. Tell me about the sleepless nights!

I visited Sucina and took some pictures of the development a few days ago (I uploaded them). I talked with the developers and the apartments have already been completed, while below the apartments is comercial space for a supermarket, restuarant, bar, and a hair dresser.
Sucina is a very nice town. Even though it is small, it has a great location close to the beach and the capital city of the region. We had a great time in Sucina and are willing to live there. We also played golf at Perleja Golf and Hacienda Riquelme, very close to the apartments. It was lovely.

Just spotted this community forum. I have posted my most recent photos, and will share as much info as I have.
I have made an application with the builders mortgage, CAM Bank, and am waiting on their decision. Went with this as worried the valuation wouldn't stack up, looks like this might be the case, although have been told that properties are being sold for same price as I paid 2 years ago. Was worried that builders would be looking for completion payment, as property should be finished now, but as they know I'm applying through CAM Bank, will wait until mortgage completes.(hopefully!).

Thanks for the new photos. Did you take them yourself, and is this the view from your own apartment?
Have you completed yet? I'm supposed to complete 15th June.
Cheers, David

Posted some new photos today. Was out between 13/7 and 17/7, and was very happy with how my flat is looking. The pool looks great and very happy with the town/village of Sucina (Suthina)!
Met Junebar who was a great source of information and very helpful to me. Thanks June, see you next week. Also met great couple from Belfast and hope all goes well with your completion. Sorry I've forgotten your names, it was a mad few days!
Back out again with the family, so looking forward to showing them around. Hopefully my navigating has improved.
