Has anyone who owns a property on Origo Mare heard any more about the possibility of it being an illegal development? It is a bit worrying particularly as we bought in good faith and even lawyers could not foresee the problems that have arisen. Look forward to hearing from anyone who this concerns and who has up to date information.

 I also bought in o/ mare  been there a few times   waiting on the hotel  & golf to go in, Then it may look more secure  I was told the work would start nov /07
also i hope they do some work on the beach to make swimming easier,

I was told that the work on the Hotel and Golf course would commence on the 1st Sept 07, It's always being delayed I just wish they would get on with it. You will find a few owners use the www.fuerteventura-forum.com website as do I. As regards it being illegal, I found this today http://www.socialistes.cat/ambit/salou/Noticies/Noticies_externes/view.asp?id=212503&indexable=True I think that it mentions the same man who is in charge of nombredo being investigated in Spain. Use yahoo babel to translate. We have just had the electricity supply connected, so we are on the grid.
