new town plan

Has anyone heard anything more about the new town plan for Marbella. When we were out last month we read in the newspapers that it should be published in Sept.

We have purchased in manzana 3, block 7 and have been very pleased with our appartment. We have had various workmen not connected to the developers say it is biult to a good standard compared to others they could mention.

We were going along with the group that are trying to sue but when we  came out to see for ourselves we deciced to go ahead. I know everyone approaches this decision from different angles but we took the long term view. I really wonder how the group who are suing are getting on.

If you are living at La reserva i would appreciate any news that you here and any developments in the legal angle.

We have a deposit on Bloque 7. Developer is saying it's complete and their bank is chasing us to start mortgage proceedings with them.

There is no certificate of first habitation and our solicitor is advising us to sue. He is presenting more than one case to court this month.

We await outcome before deciding our action. We have other complications (unexpected health problem). Without this I guess we'd also have taken the longterm view like yourselves.
