it states that the el valle apartments are smaller than on la torre, i think that depends on the type/style. 

I have purchased a Coracha 1 apartment, after snagging our apartment and then going to view the ones on la torre, i thought ours was actually bigger. 

what makes la torre appear bigger is the fact that they have the beige tiled floors and el valle has the terracotta which being darker gives a smaller appearance.   also on la torre has sliding doors and unfortunately el valle do not and therefore this actually limit space when furnishing.
