Hi everyone,

 

Joe Bartley here, does any one know who may be selling a plot of land on either golf course also I would appreciate to speak to anyone who has purchased a plot and have they had a smooth transaction

I own a plot of land on golf course and would like to sell-I know I'm only picking this up a year after you first posted but please let me know if you're still interested.

Am willing to take a lower offer than before.

Plot details are R23.1; -992m2

Hi Mo

My name is colm and I have bought 2 side by side plots in costa esuri.I have only paid half the purchase price at the moment as they haven't closed the deal yet but it is going on for about 2/3 years now.I would prefer to sell the contracts on before i have to close but the market seems pretty slow at the moment.

Do you know if there is a hotel on the site that i could pay a visit?
