I have just returned and was disappointed that once again an electricity bill was not paid therefore the water and community lights were off

This happened at Christmas.  Not good enough.   One single voice is not enough.  we have to work together to get things sorted out and have a beautiful place to own.

Do you mean the lights in the hallways were not on. It was hrad work at xmas trying to find the lock to open the doors. Was the lift working? Has anyone sorted it out yet?

the water went off on Monday and was off until Tuesday afternoon.  The electricity was off in the communal areas and some of the lifts were off too.

When the electricity was paid it was switched on that day and ev erything was working again. 

pretty sad state of affairs really for a few pounds.
