Myself and a frind have bought an apartment at 3 Molinos. We travelled independantly to Spain and met up with the 3 Molinos rep, Hazel Webster, an English girl who was very helpfull. She took us from Murcia city (3 Molinos office) to the 3 Molinos site and showed us round. At that time, August 2006, they had just started building the show apartment. Generally, like all things in Spain, things have been frustratingly slow. Howver, they now have all planning consents etc and the build is now in progress.
