We have finally completed (on 6th September), nearly 1 year after paying (full amount) and being given our keys! Been quite worrying after all the rumours about Mayor of San Javier. 

Going out on 30th September to hopefully collect copy of title deeds. 

Where is the karaoke on site?

The karaoke has been held at our community centre every Saturday night (so far) during the summer months, I 'm not sure how long Ruben will do this but it's an excellent way to meet the neighbours.

We purchased our air con/ heating from Ilumcom in Los Alcazares we have a top floor apartment and it cost us 1700 euros fitted.  We purchased  this through John Gold, he  has roda village.com for rentals and cleaning  I can send you his details if you are interested.
