Spoke to customer services today at PW. Said phase 2 will be complete at latest by 2nd quarter 2010. Also added that construction is progressing well. Getting closer by the look.

I'm on old phase 5, new phase 2, just to say thanks to Dave Bangor for the great pics. Looks like we are finally going to get our apartment delivered in 2010.  Does anyone have any news on the what the commuity charges are likley to be and whether there is any sort of owner's foum being set up on TDLT?

Hi All

Regret to say that I am back home in Ireland and didn't get another chance to get inside Terrazas. I was greatly encouraged by what I saw. The place has still a long way to go but actually getting in there and walking around the cart paths gives a great impression of how good the place can be.

Although I am now happily resident (part-time) at La Torre I am still greatly interested & have lost a little of my cynical attitude about Terrazas's future having seen the progress at first hand.

From what I could see of the golf course it appears to be almost complete in terms of landscaping and it is just a matter of how quickly they can bring on the fairways and especially the greens.

I have never posted my photos on the forums because it is just too time consuming to put substantial numbers on. My blog is the easiest way to do this and if anyone has photos to share it would be great to hear from you.

Regards to all & I will keep trying to get updates to share info. Hoping to get out again around Christmas time when hopefully there will be further progress.

PS Javabean - as far as I can establish, €130 seems to be the going rate for community fees, no idea about a forum.

Had intended to mention that what we are all referring to as Phase 2 is actually 4 blocks on Phase 2 and 5 Blocks on Phase 12.

In case any "Phase 12" buyers had not realised what is being built - you could be amongst the next group of owners.
