To All That Have Purchased or renting in Dona Julia
We are Just Back from 10 days out there furnishing our apartment which is on phase 1
Update
There seems to be a few positive rumours going about
The Golf Course
They were having problems paid off 19 staff but have since been taken over reduced staff have done yearly work on greens scarafying and sanding them the course is in great condition only the work on the greens at the moment is going on should be ok in 2 weeks
Hercesca Phase one
On chatting with new friends there are still some apartments available ther is a mixture of owned apartments and rented apartments at the last community meeting which we werent at it was mentioned the pool was not going to be looked after during the winter when paying fees the question is being asked Why?
Hercesa Phase One Property Beside 17th Fairway
It is under discussion with the golf club and community that many golf balls are finding thier way onto the pool area from the 17th tee to see if a soloution can be made to reduce the chances of someone getting injured
The Hut besid ethe pool has as yet not been opened as some electrical wireing still needs to be tied off
Hercesa Phase Two
We noticed that some people are now beginning to move into these apartments especially beside the pool other ones we didnt see any movement
The Hyatt Park Hotel
We went up for a look and not much doing but have been informed that because of how far on it is it will be finished,there are rumours it has been taken over by different people
Surrounding area
The patio Apartments that are lying empty have been taken over recently so hopefully this will help improve the surrounding area
The red apartments between Phase 1 & 2 with signs saying SANCHEZ are now owned by the bank and have security gaurds at them day and night
The Marina Project at the front there is nothing happening there at the moment
The area projected on the left side of road for shops, bars etc is overgrown only visible is where you would have entered it
The street lighting as yet has not been put on
In general the whole area could do with a good clean up roads streets etc some friends are even discussing doing some of it themselves its mostly just overgrown weeds
The waste area in front of Phase 2 has been started to be flattened but dont know what is happening with this
we have met some really nice friendly people all nationalities, it is just going to take a bit of time for everything to sort itself out
I Hope some of this information is of use to you`s all we all need to work together as we have a nice area that come time im sure will be cleaned up
I have been trying to upload photographs but having some problems some of the 20th semptember ones will be empty as i thught they had doubled up and deleted them by accident away to try again
