Hi, my solicitor tells me no licences have been granted for el rosario golf, asked for money back 15 mouths ago told three mounths still no return of deposit now taking court action, would not trust palmera, they just fob you of with a load of rubbish, they have taken all the pictures of there web site but they are still trying to sell these apartments and so are many others.
