Fairways - how is it looking?

I am just wondering if anyone has been to Medina Elvira recently? How is it looking? Is there any sign of life in Medina 23? Is the site office open yet? Is the pool area finished on Fairways?

I was out in May 09 but I have not been back since.

Any feedback is welcomed.

Hi Jonny,

We were out the first week in September to visit Medina 23, where we have purchased a 3 bed appartment. Fairways was looking almost finished. It looks really nice.  They were working on the gardens and outside public areas.  Medina 23 is finished the gardens and pool are really beautiful. The furniture packs are good quality, but we could not stay in our own, because our furniture had still not been installed, despite being paid for in May.

Our problem is that the guaranteed rental we were promised, still has not kicked in, and we started paying our morgage in March!

Up to today still no news when it will start, so this is causing us major problems.

The only thought we have is, that when the site is finished it will be really beautiful, but the wait for this to happen, might finish us off!!!

Hi All

Planning to pop over back-end of Feb2011 - be happy to upload photos etc...

I was there oct 2010 - No sign of any progress made on the shopping centre or sports centre and the golf course was in "phiss poor state" (excuse the over zealous description - but was bitterly disadappointed since I had lugged my clubs over) 

Ps: Does anyone know if any purchasers are actually staying/living in Fairways at the moment?
