I bought off plan in oct 06, there has been no work on these apartments since june 08. has anyone else bought off plan, I would be gratefull for any information, I bought with dreamlife properties Lesley Foley

We also bought off plan in October 2006 with Knight Knox who then ceased all dealings with these apartments because of lack of communication with the Spanish agents, who were Promociones 2005.  The Spanish agents have since gone bust and all we have left is a mobile no. and email address of the spanish solicitor.  However, he does not answer the emails or the phone.

We were able to contact him once, and he promised to keep us advised.  We have also written to the builder, but no reply.

What info do you have?
