Snagging

Hi all,

I'm hoping to get handover of my apartment on phase 2 in Q2. Has anybody used any professional snagging firms and would they recommend them?

Has anybody done the snagging themselves? I am hoping to complete next month and need to fly to Spain to sign, so I will be doing the snagging well I am there.

 We are just about to snag on Phase 1, anyone got any advice? What kind of things did you pick up? We just had a quick look about last time and one of the wardrobe doors was chipped  but that's about it.    

I also used Neil Cocking for my apartment on Phase 1 and can certainly recommend him.

One of the problems that we are having on propertues that we have checked on MM2, beacuse Polaris have so few people working on repairs is it´s great finding the defecys but nit easy getting them put right

If all you have found is a wardrobe door you are not looking properly

Thanks Roy, I'll send you a PM with my email address. What are usually the main problems with Polaris World properties?

If I do find a few things wrong should I wait until they are fixed before I complete? If so this will mean having to fly back to Spain again to complete which is going to take more time and more delay. Will they still make repairs after I complete?

 It was a quick look round, late afternoon and without any lights... maybe that's why were were shown around at that time :)  . Thanks for the offer of the guide, I'm sure it will be really helpful.

You need good qality lights, a spirit level, paper to make your OWN NOTES, a camera to record the defects and cleaning materials to clean things like the hob and worktops to look for damage

Neil Cockings also did our snagging on phase 1 and was very good.
