steve thoomy amber pools

hi all once again i have the unfortunate job of trying to give information to you all ...steve thoomy and amber pools has now moved .he is now trying to rob people in the almeria district.i can now let you all know that murcia council will not let anyone have a pool licence unless they can prove that the soil that was excavated from your garden was disposed of enviromently friendly..steve from amber pools should have the information that the council want but as he is not a legal buisness registered in murcia and he paid people cash to remove the earth YOU AS THE HOUSE OWNER WILL HAVE TO PAY THE EXTRA MONEY AND IN SOME CASES ITS OVER 1,000 EUROS to get your pool licence..i am still of the opinion that as a group we have the chance to take him to the spanish courts.as a individual it will cost too much to do it but as a group it will mean the cost will be shared ..if anyone wants to be part of the group that takes this man and his company to court  to stop him doing this to anyone else then contact me via a pm..................dennis   

hi all ....i cant believe that people are still using this man and his company on sierra golf ....as yet no one has a pool licence who had a pool done by him and his company.i am told he has offered to give people the cost of the licence back , he then will be no longer responsable for getting the licence and you will be.as i have said in previous threads the murcia council will not issue any licences unless you give them the information they require ,they want to know who and where the earth that was removed from your garden went and was it enviromently friendly steve should have that info but again he is a con man and paid people cash in hand to do jobs so they were not legal or evading paying taxes ....use him at your peril as he will screw you in the end.................dennis
