Hi, Its not on site. Its an area in the Proindal offices in Almerimar. Be great if you could take some photos and maybe post them up and maybe inform the forum of choice and colurs etc...... Many thanks Derek

I am in Almerimar at the end of the month and will be visiting the Proindal offices to get the latest and will take photos the development, kitchen, bathroom etc.... watch this space

Had email today from MRI Life Time Aftersales rep saying that we have no choice of kitcken unit colours which is diferent than what we were told when we purchased olur apartment. I have emailed back asking about choice of bathroom tiles and wall colours.
I would be interested to hear what other people may have been told. The red gloss units in the Property Developers look good but I did think there was a choice.

There was a choice of everything (white/ cream/ red kitchen) in the showroom but I think I was told by the MRI agent that this was changing and I imagine after as certain date you just get the default. To be honest I'm not overly bothered as most of the stuff there do look the part. However I can see how it would piss alot of people off.

I have been speaking with Proindal this evening and there is definately no choice of Kitchen anymore. She told me I was ill advised by the MRI people. The show flat is almost completed and is expected to be open next week.

I have uploaded some new photos from my trip at the end of Feb - no choice of kitchen however there are different bathroom suites. Porto Fino is still a building site but is looking impressive, having spoken to Proindal I think it will not be ready until summer 2008 with the show flat supposed to be ready any time now ?
As you will see the weather was fantastic, Almerimar was quite as you would expect for Feb however the place still has a good feeling and I think once all the building work is complete including the golf course and a few more bars and restaurents open it wll be even better.

thanks for the photos they do look impressive and are or look like they are progressing well. what did proindal say or why were you lead to believe that they would not be ready until july/august 08
