ANY NEWS ABOUT PARAMOUNT ?????

or any thing else that anyone has heard that might be in the pipeline

Talking to our keyholder last week (Carol) and she has heard that the Mayor and Local Council are really pushing hard to get Paramount in Murcia.

Don't want to get anyone's hopes up with rumour and more rumour but we are hoping and hoping this will eventually happen.

Not a thing going on with it regardless of what the estate agents etc say.

How do I know? Well not from a bloke in a bar (he was busy) but from my previous employer in UK (we did some financial things and Paramount are a client). Anything like this the money guys are kept in the loop but nothing about it.....unfortunately. At the time of the original story alot of the press releases were posted on those free sites and were from agencies and in fact there was even one posted in May 2010 keeping the story going.

Really hope that one day it would come off but as originally Spain was up against the Arabs for it and Spains economy is in a little bit of poop its a big hope.

There's no sign of Paramount in Dubai though....... Universal film Studios built their gates to the site around 4 years ago and nothing else has even started so maybe Spain for Paramount is looking a better proposition - I hope so!
