He is opening up a bar in los alcazares shortly called the Sands bar which is on the left hand side as you walk through the shops to the beach.He is very helpfull and lives locally El Carmoli also works in the irish bar as well in evenings.

Thanks for the advice - I will have a look at furniture4spain. We can't wait to get over to see our place and check all is finishing off well.  We are getting a bit anxious the nearer the time gets and hop everything will go smoothly!  You hear such horror stories - but lots of happy endings too!!!
