3 visits a week to your property

I was out a few weeks ago and met a guy who did keyholding he told me he would  visit my property 3 times a week to make sure it was ok, and the yearly charge was 375 euro ive lost his phone number, has anybody got a keyholder or know of one that charges that price for 3 visits a week.

As somebody that operates a legal and registered  property  management company  I can tell you that  €375 a month is very expensive

Why would you want anybody to visit the property 3 times per week, it is not practical for the management compnay if they are looking after a number of properties plus there is little benefit to the owners, better to have proper scheduled logged visits 

You should be looking for a company that is legal, for all sorts or insurance reasons, that have a proper process for scheduled visits, tyically 2 per month but of course you can pay for more whre they check everything, flush toilets, run water, check tghings like boilers and AC plus air the property fully 

They should also give you a contract that states ALL of the charges

Its 375euro for the year, NOT a month i like the of more visits because of the security side of it. Plus any probs that might happen could be sorted out quickly II think hhe charged 50 euro for a clean which seemed ok.

Sorry correction 375 per  month is expensive, €50 for the clean slightly under the normal but again I state that there is no benefit to having 3 visits an week, 1 a week but typically every 2 weeks with the option of a severe weather check as we do, an immediate property check after any severe weather

After heavy rain is typically when you can have problems

Again always check that they are legally registered in Spain as a business
