OASIS HOTELS CORRALEJO FUERTEVENTURA

HI,   IS THERE ANYBODY OUT THERE WHO HAS PURCHASED AN APARTMENT ON ONE OF THE OASIS COMPLEXES IS CORRALEJO.  IF SO, CAN THEY LET ME KNOW IF THEY HAVE BEEN RECEIVING THEIR GUARANTEED RENT FOR IT.

My wife & I have an apartment in Oasis Tamarindo, our rent is 7mths overdue. We have had to resort to a solicitor. The latest we have been promised is that they will make good all outstanding rents over the next twelve months. Naturally we are not thrilled but our solicitor believes this is the best we can hope for.  Also they will not be renewing the rental agreement on the Tamarindo complex.

I know that there are a number of people not receiving rent on time, the average delay appears to be about six months, or three months if you own 2 apartments, which amounts to the same in money owed.

Myself and my other half have 3 apartments on Tamrindo and we are a similar number of months overdue on rent - actually 8 months now - so we are owed three times what someone with a single apartment is owed  - we have had no indication whatsoever of when we will get paid and the latest notification that they now don't intend renewing fixed rental deal is even more worrying - does anyone have any info on what will happen after September?

We are about to go over to the complex for two weeks and intend talking to management company, solicitor and potential letting agents - happy to share info in a couple of weeks
